This program assists clients in obtaining correct and current information relating to their relevant needs. Ensures clients are offered the same services available to English speaking clients, and provides an access and equity advocacy service on behalf of aged clients who may not be treated fairly due solely to their age and/or nationality.
The program works in conjunction with other family members and authorities, so as to provide clients with the highest level of professional and appropriate care/service available.
Target Group:
The aged and ageing members of the Italian community who are in need of
assistance due to issues relating to their age, health and/or language
barriers.
