Co.As.It. provides support to the Italo-Australian community through the "Counselling and Community Services-Mental Health Programme" for people who need psychological support related to different personal issues.

The Mental Health Programme refers to a range of cognitive, emotional and behavioural disorders that interfere with the daily life and productivity of people. An individual may engage in different treatment modalities and use various mental health services. A prompt treatment of a mental health problem is often related to a better outcome of the psychological condition and, decrease possibilities of relapses.

Our team of psychologists can assist individuals, carers and family members that are having hard time dealing with any psychological issue.

If you or someone you know, need assistance with issues such us (depression, anxiety disorder and dementia) you can be assisted with Co.As.It. service, if you match the following service criteria. Be 45 years old plus, and Italian background.

Our Mental Health Department, funded by the "Sydney South West Area Health Service", will be able to assist you in order to reduce stigma and discrimination, improve quality of life, feel relief, learn techniques to improve quality of life, and of course, fell better about yourself.
