A New Era for the Italian Bilingual School

Co.As.It. is pleased to announce the acquisition of an existing school property in Meadowbank which will provide a permanent home for the Italian Bilingual School (IBS).

"The IBS story is one of courage and vision by Co.As.It. and by the many courageous parents who have entrusted the education of their children to IBS" stated the President of Co.As.It. Lorenzo Fazzini.

"We have faced many difficult challenges in establishing a permanent campus for the IBS. Whether it be opposition, procedural difficulties in planning and zoning or the rising costs associated with any substantial capital intensive project, we have continued to support a singular vision for a permanent IBS"

The Campus will be known as the Co.As.It Meadowbank Campus (CMC). It is ideally situated to be accessible to the significant Italian speaking cohort in the Inner West and the Lower Northern suburbs.

"The campus addresses all previous barriers. It has an existing approval as a school, it contains school amenities including classrooms, science lab, food technology kitchen, hall and administrative areas. More importantly it also has green space and the room to grow".
