Italian Multimedia Resource Centre Membership
As a member of the Italian Multimedia Resource Centre (IMRC) you will be able to enjoy:
- access to our wide range of Italian teaching and learning resources including
o print material
o language and cultural programmes
o CDs
o DVDs
o posters
o multimedia teaching kits
o toys
o games
o magazines,
-
free use of our IMRC computers for Internet use and word processing,
- photocopying and printing upon purchase of a photocopy card,
- regular updates regarding products for sale and upcoming events via our e-newsletter,
- postal delivery of resource loans for regional members upon request.
Membership to the IMRC is open to all residents of NSW and is by calendar year. IMRC membership is available to individuals only (no institutions or groups).

· All other residents of New South Wales A concession of 10 % will apply in this category for current financial members of Co.As.It. at the date of renewal. In this case the fee is $92.00. |

Membership Application
Applications for membership must be made in person at the IMRC. Proof of
current residential address is required and borrowing is permitted on
completion of the application process.
Membership Renewal
Existing members of the IMRC can renew their membership for 2012 by downloading and completing the form attached below and forwarding it to the IMRC along with their payment.

Loan Renewals
One renewal is permitted on each item, provided that it is not overdue or reserved by another member.
Regional NSW Members
Regional NSW members may request loans by mail, fax, telephone or email. Mailing costs outward are paid by the IMRC, return costs by the member.
Overdue Loans
Overdue loans will incur fines of $0.20 per items for each day that the IMRC is open. Outstanding fines will prevent further borrowing. Items that are overdue by 10 weeks are deemed lost and charged at replacement cost plus a processing fee.
Fines
Overdue fines are payable at the IMRC by cash, cheque or credit card.
