Course 2 commencing on 7th November 2008!

Co.As.It, in collaboration with Barilla, are proud to offer for the first time an exciting opportunity to learn the Italian language while discovering the delights of Italian cooking.

Participants will be guided through various regions of Italy as they learn to prepare popular Italian regional meals while gaining a basic understanding of the Italian language.

The course consists of four 2 hour lessons held at the 'Casa Barilla' kitchens in Annandale. Each class focuses on a "hands on" cooking experience led by Barilla's Executive Chef and an introduction to the Italian language by a Co.As.It. Italian teacher.

As you discover the pleasure of each authentic regional recipe, you will be guided through the cultural and language traditions of each place and then enjoy the meal you prepare which will be accompanied by wine.

Course 1: Friday 8 to 29 August 2008
Course 2: Friday 7 to 28 November 2008

Time: 18.30 to 20.30

Enrolment forms and payment must be received prior to the course commencing in order to secure your place in the course. Without this information a place in the coursecannot be guaranteed.

Classes may not run due to insufficient numbers. If a class does not commence, payment will be refunded in full.

After enrolling in a course, fees cannot be refunded or deferred. Co.As.It. cannot accept responsibility for changes to students' personal circumstances that prevent attendance.
