For this experience we have partnered with a well-known restaurant, cooking school and certified organic food lab in Surry Hills, Pasta Emilia.
This experience focuses on teaching you hands-on pasta making skills, while using some of the Italian language you have learnt in relation to pasta. An amazing journey through the secrets of Italian traditional pasta making: the best local organic ingredients, traditional techniques and tips to prepare the finest fresh pasta from scratch. At the end of the class you will enjoy a meal that includes your own pasta creations, mixed organic salad and a complementary glass of organic wine.
