Competition Terms and Conditions

ONLINE EARLY BIRD COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. This competition starts on 20 October 2011 and ends on 31 December 2011.
  2. This competition is open only to individuals who enrol and pay online (via www.coasit.org.au) for the 2012 Co.As.It Out-of-School Hours Italian Language and Culture program by midnight 31 December 2011.
  3. Entry into the competition is automatic upon online enrolment and payment.
  4. Each online enrolment that takes place during this period will be printed and placed in the draw.
  5. A family that enrols more than one child in the program at the same time will automatically have a separate entry for each enrolled child in the draw.
  6. The draw will take place at 11.00am on 13 January 2012 at Co.As.It. office located in the Norton Business Centre, Suite 3, Level 1, 55 Norton Street, Leichhardt NSW 2040.
  7. The winners will be determined by the first, second and third student form drawn from the box who will win the first, second and third prizes respectively.
  8. The first prize is one iPod Nano (retail value: $200).
  9. The second prize is one Italian Fun Pack comprising:- one Italian Sing & Learn CD (retail value: $34.95), one Giuseppe singing hamster (retail value: $25), one 20cm wooden Pinocchio (retail value: $15) and one a choice of Italian language CD (retail value: $25).
  10. The third prize is one Italian Sing & Learn CD (retail value: $34.95) and one 20cm wooden Pinocchio (retail value: $15).
  11. The winners will be announced and published on 13 January 2012 on the website www.coasit.org.au
  12. The winners will be notified by email on 14 January 2011.
  13. The prizes can be claimed by the winners at the time of the draw or after the draw during business hours (9am to 5pm Monday to Friday). If the winner specifies that they are unable to collect the prize, it will be mailed to them within two weeks of the draw.
  14. The promoter is Co.As.It. (Italian Association of Assistance) ABN 23 002 288 539.
