The Statement of Rights describes your rights as a participant of Australian Government funded aged care services.
The new Aged Care Act 2024 includes a Statement of Rights. As an aged care participant, Co.As.It. is required to help you to understand your rights under the Statement. A copy of the Statement of Rights must be given to you before or when you start receiving aged care.
