The Co.As.It. Youth and Family Program focuses on skills development, leadership training and capacity building for younger members of the Italian community with a range of workshops, training and events.

We support young people explore career pathway opportunities and life skills programs as well as coordinating social events to bring together young Italian Australians with newly arrived Italians through Welcome to Australia.

Co.As.It. Sydney is offers free professional support to help young job seekers navigate the competitive employment market. We provide the tools and coaching you need to transition from applicant to successful candidate.

Our services include:

  • Resume & Cover Letter Refinement: Professional editing to ensure your application stands out to hiring managers.
  • Interview Coaching: Practical preparation to help you communicate your strengths with confidence.
  • One-on-One Support: Each session consists of a 1 hour session and can be conducted in-person or online
  • Bilingual Support: Our services are available for English and Italian speaking job seekers.
  • Follow-up support available

For Parents and Carers of Young people

This support session aims to increase the awareness of Parents and Carers knowledge of online safety when it comes to supporting their young people.
Hear from mental health experts as well as a panel of young people discussing their thoughts about online engagement.
