Co.As.It. hosted the X National Italian Teachers’ Conference on October 24 2025, in collaboration with the Embassy of Italy, the Italian Consulate of Sydney, and the Italian Institute of Culture Sydney.
The conference was a valuable opportunity for professional development for Italian language teachers working in Australian educational contexts.
Professor Silvia Gilardoni, Associate Professor Antonia Rubino, and Emeritus Professor John Kinder featured as our key speakers to discuss this years theme, Italofonia – Language Beyond Borders. This theme explores the global spread of the Italian language, enriched by its rich history, migration, and cultural heritage.
