My name is Natalie Stafford and I am an English teacher at the Italian Bilingual School. I completed a Bachelor of Teaching in Primary Education at the Australian Catholic University.
I joined Co.As.It. in 2023. I enjoy working at Co.As.It. because of the people, great coffee and the never ending supply of amazing food.
In my spare time I enjoy cooking, visiting Bunnings and fitting in some exercise.
My coffee order is skim weak latte.
My favourite pasta dish is mild chilli prawn pasta.
My ideal travel destination is Europe (abroad) and Orange (local).
My go to party song is Let’s get loud.
My most beloved piece of clothing is my Carla Zampatti Jacket.

My name is Jess and I’m the Education Program Assistant at Co.As.It. I completed a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Italian, History and English; and a Diploma in Secondary Education, both at the University of Sydney.
I joined Co.As.It. in 2023. I enjoy working at Co.As.It. because our organisation takes pride in delivering quality services in the areas of Aged Care and Education, and is dedicated to keeping the Italian language and culture alive.
In my spare time, I enjoy reading, spending time with family and friends, visiting new places, going to the beach in all seasons.
